I qualified as a Solicitor in 1988 after having obtained a Law Degree at the University of Bristol and undertaking my Law Society Final Examinations at the College of Law in Chester.
I was articled to a firm of solicitors in Bolton and have worked as a solicitor within the Greater Manchester area ever since.
I joined Colin Rayner & Co. in September 2005 and I specialise in all aspects of conveyancing work, including but not exclusively, the sale, purchase, remortgage of properties and transfers of equity.
Moving house can be a difficult and stressful experience for people. I pride myself on offering my clients an individual and efficient personal service to help them through the whole conveyancing process.
I also deal with Wills and Probate. I am able to give advice on the drafting of Wills to ensure that a client’s assets are dealt with according to their wishes.
I also deal with the administration of a deceased person’s estate, whether they left a Will or died intestate, including all matters relating to the obtaining of a
Grant of Probate and the distribution of the estate’s assets to the relevant beneficiaries.
