I have been a practising solicitor since 1982 at which time I worked in the South Manchester Area. In August 2003 I joined Colin Rayner and Co.

Since qualifying I have gained experience in both Contentious and Non Contentious matters but my work now primarily consists of the latter.
I specialise in commercial Law mainly involving the sale and purchases of Businesses, but I also do Grants/Assignments of leases and General Contract Matters.

My aim is to achieve the best result for all of my clients, working with a straightforward approach and always trying to provide an efficient and cost effective service.
