I was brought up in Bolton attending Rivington and Blackrod High School from 1988 to 1995. I then moved to Scotland to study History. After my degree I returned home and attended Manchester Metropolitan University in 1999-2001 to complete a
Law Conversion Course followed by the Legal Practice Course.
I carried out my two year Training Contract at a firm in Bolton and qualified as a solicitor in November 2003. I moved to Colin Rayner & Co in November 2005.
I specialise in all aspects of Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, new build purchases and transfers of equity. As Colin Rayner Solictors is a high street firm I am able to offer an efficient and personal service to all our clients. I understand that moving house can be stressful and pride myself on being able to
help the conveyance proceed smoothly with as little stress as possible. If you are a first time buyer I understand that this can be an anxious yet exciting time. I will be there to offer advice and guidance throughout the process of moving you in to your first home.
I also carry out Wills and Probate work. It is very important to have a Will in place to ensure that your estate is passing in accordance with your wishes especially in the current climate where families are becoming ever more complicated. I am able to offer advice and assistance as to the best way to draft your will in your circumstances.
Furthermore I can offer assistance, support and empathy in dealing with the estate of a loved one, which I appreciate, will be a difficult time for all concerned.
If you would like any further information or a quotation please do not hesitate to contact me at our office. I will be happy to help you.
